Returns Policy
If your product does not meet your standards or there is a warranty issue, we offer a 100% money-back refund or product exchange within 60 days of your purchase, subject to the conditions below.
Please note that certain products may be exempt from returns or exchanges due to hygiene reasons, particularly items that have been worn or used.
The buyer is responsible for organising and covering the cost of return shipping for change-of-mind returns. If a refund is issued, the original freight charge will not be included in the refund amount.
Restocking Fee
A restocking fee may apply to returned items, depending on the product and its condition.
In the case of a replacement product for an approved warranty claim, return freight and shipping of the replacement product will be covered by AusHunter Online.

Shipping
All items are shipped via Australia Post, Startrack or Aramex (depending on the item).
Shipping prices are based on the size and weight of the item. Shipping time is approximately 2-7 days but depending on location, for example: a rural area, delivery has the potential to be longer.
All items will be shipped within 1-2 business days of purchase with possible delays for purchases made on weekends and during holiday periods although items are usually sent on the same day of purchase or the day after.
Once item is shipped, you will be supplied with a consignment number (if applicable), which enables you to track your parcel.
